1. How does the mail club work?
It’s simple! Each month, you’ll receive a curated bundle of nostalgic goodies: a 4x6 coloring card, a 4x6 affirmation to-do list, mystery stickers, and a personal 8.5x11 letter from me. Everything is handmade and designed to bring cozy, girly, retro vibes straight to your mailbox. 💌✨
2. When will my mail arrive?
Mail is sent the first week of each month. USPS delivery usually takes 5–8 business days for U.S. residents. International delivery may take longer.
3. Can I sign up for just one month?
Absolutely! You can try a single month or commit to a multi-month subscription.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, physical mailers are available only in the U.S. 😢
But don’t worry — I’m planning to expand in 2026!
5. What if my mail gets lost or damaged?
Because most mail is shipped as flat mail without tracking, there’s a small chance it could get lost or damaged.
If that happens, please email me within 7 days of delivery at destinycontreras17@gmail.com. I’ll do my best to replace the item or offer a store credit.
6. How do I update my shipping address?
To update your address, just email me at destinycontreras17@gmail.com before the end of the month. I’ll make sure your goodies go to the right place!
7. Can I gift a subscription to someone?
We are currently in the process of setting up this system.
